- Quantities may not be reduced once order is processed.
- Engraving instructions cannot be changed once order is
processed.
- Engraved pens and engraved boxes are NOT returnable,
unless found defective on arrival or covered under the warranty of 90 days. In
such a case the customer must return items to us at their own expense for repair
or replacement.
- Logos: Dayspring is not responsible for incomplete or corrupted logo files sent to
us to engrave or imprint, customers should send a bitmap with any vector files
to verify accuracy.
- Logos: Proofs are available upon request only, and are not
available at all for rush orders. By ordering a rush, customer waives the
right for a proof.
- Dayspring is not responsible for any misspelled words that are entered into
our the online order form or sent to us by email. We will print what
is sent to us, so be sure all words are correct when sent. Any redo order
for this reason as charged as normal price.
- For orders over $2000.00, 50% non-refundable is required,
deposit is non refundable. Merchant reverses the right to verify orders by phone
before processing.
- Target shipping dates are NOT guaranteed, but are met in
good faith
- We reserve to right to reject any order under $50.
- Privacy Policy: We will not sell or rent your name or
email address to anyone else. Your other information also is only for the
use Dayspring Pen Shop
- Customers may be added to our private email list, unless
they request otherwise. Emails are sent to announce sales and specials.
- Customers can remove themselves at any time at
www.engravedpens.com
- The party ordering a specific logo, design or text agrees not to hold
Dayspring Pen Shop responsible for trademark or copyright infringements.
You are responsible for the trademark issues of anything to send us to print or
engrave.
