Dayspring Pen Shop - Terms of Sale, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Subject to change without notice.  All orders are subject to these terms and conditions

General Terms

  • - Quantities may not be reduced once order is processed.  Engraving instructions cannot be changed once order is processed.
  • - Dayspring is not responsible for incomplete or corrupted logo files sent to us to engrave or imprint, customers should send a bitmap with any vector files to verify accuracy. 
  • - Proofs are available upon request, and are not available at all for rush orders.  By ordering a rush, customer waives the right for a proof.   If customer does not request a proof, Dayspring is not liable for imprint errors. 
  •  - Dayspring is not responsible for any misspelled words that are entered into the online order form by the customer or sent to us by email.   We will print what is sent to us, so be sure all words are correct when sent.  Any redo order for this reason is charged as normal price.
  • - For promotional items, a complete order is consider plus or minus 5% of the requested total.
  •  -Merchant reserves the right to verify orders by phone before processing.   
  • - Target shipping dates are met in good faith. We are not responsible for delays by a freight carriers.  If the customer is not able to receive a shipment, we are not responsible for a delay in shipment as result of this failed delivery attempt.  Products are not returnable under this circumstance. 
  • - We reserve the right to reject any order deemed to be fraud, or any order that is deemed to be an abuse of our sample policy.
  • - We reserve the right to  take and use images of finished printed products with our customers decoration/logo for use on our web site and printed material for the purpose of showing what a finished product looks like.  Web site images can be removed by request in writing.


Payment Information: 

  • - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex, Paypal, and Google checkout payments by request, Purchase orders with approved credit, and prepayment by check, money order, or wire transfer.   The easiest and most common payment at the time of order by credit card. 
  •  - Orders are prepaid as these are customized products.  Order processing begins at time of payment unless otherwise noted.  
  • - First time orders or new business accounts  requires one of the following options for payment: A prepay by wire, paypal, check or credit card, OR a credit card for security of the payment with an approved PO and credit references. Subsequent orders may not require these if the order is within a customers credit limit and payments are submitted on time.
  • - For established business accounts with Dayspring  that have established credit with us through completed transactions, we accept signed Purchase Orders.  Late payments are subject to interest and/or collection fees.  Orders over $2500 may require a deposit or a credit card number for security depending on the payment history of the account.  
  • - Application for credit can be requested for established companies with a Dunn and Bradstreet number, credit history and credit references.  Call to set this up with us.  A purchase order is required.  Lastly, we may require a credit card as security of payment for first orders with terms of net 30 days, except for government and education industries.  
  • - International orders require prepayment by wire, we do not accept credit cards on orders shipped to or originating from an international addresses.   International Purchase orders: New accounts, international PO's, orders without a USA contact, and orders shipping internationally are only processed with a completed wire prepayment

  • - International orders may be subject to customs or duties fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer, not Dayspring.  Any such charges are paid directly to the shipping carrier or government and not included in Dayspring shipping charges


Privacy Policy

  • - We will not sell or rent your name or email address to anyone else.  Your information is only for the use of Dayspring Pen Shop
  • - Customers may be added to our email list, unless they  request otherwise. Emails are sent to announce sales and specials.
  • - Customers can remove themselves at any time by emailing us to be removed.


Production time and shipping methods:

  • - Production time is separate from shipping transit time and is counted in business days.  Weekend and holiday's are excluded.  
  • -  We reserve the right to ship by an alternate location, shipping method and/or carrier than requested or paid for, as long as the package will arrive within same the shipping transit time. 


Trademark and Return Polices

  • - The party ordering a specific logo, design or text agrees not to hold Dayspring Pen Shop responsible for trademark or copyright infringements.  You are responsible for the trademark issues of anything you send us to print or engrave. 
  • IMPORTANT:  AUTHORIZATION AND INDEMNIFICATION - By placing an order with Dayspring Pens and Promotional Products LLC,  you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc. identified in your order.  You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dayspring Pens and Promotional Products LLC and its affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to an actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, trade dress, copyright, or any other
    proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision will remain in effect after delivery of your order.
  • - RETURN POLICY:  Engraved or custom printed products are NOT returnable for refund.  The only exception is if the the order is found to be defective or imprinted and we are notified within the warranty of 30 days.  
  • - DEFECTIVE RETURN POLICY.  It is customers responsibility to inspect and test products upon receipt.  If any item or imprint is found to be defective, we must be notified within 30 days.  After this time, there is no further warranty.  If a customer is eligible for a defective order replacement, the original order must be returned. (If the customer has distributed some or all of the product, those distributed products would not be replaced. )  Only products returned can be replaced if found defective or misprinted.  We do not reimburse for any shipping costs related to retrieving or redistributing products that a customer has given out.  We will however, pickup the order from the original shipping location, redo or repair it, and ship it back at our expense if there was an error on our part or the part of one of our suppliers. 
  • - Blank items can be returned within 30 days for a refund less 15% restocking.  Shipping costs are not refundable at all.  Special ordered items or items shipped direct from overseas warehouses are not returnable, even if blank.
