How Many Samples Can I get and are they all Free?

We will send you up
to 2 products that have a value under $3 each for no charge
for the product.

If you need to see more than 2 products, please
call or
email
us
to get the cost of the samples. If you need
express shipping, again please email to get the
cost.

Any product that is over $3 in value will be charged
the first column price plus shipping of $6.99 for
UPS ground.
Is There a Shipping Charge for Samples?

There
is a min
shipping fee of $6.99 for UPS Ground.
This charge is often less than our actual cost to
ship them to you.

NOTE:
if you order several samples that may ship from
several warehouses, additional shipping may be
incurred, we will advise you of this before you are
charged. Or we can charge shipping your FEDEX
or UPS Account. If you need the samples sent
faster than UPS Ground, please call to order them
and we will calculate express shipping for you.
Are Samples Refundable?

Yes,
they are but only against your full order. The total that you
spend on samples REFUNDABLE against a FULL order
only with
Dayspring within 45 days.

Samples are not
returnable for a cash refund, however, so it is not
advised to order more than may need. If you
need assistance in finding a product, please call or
us, we will be glad to assist.

Get a
refund for your samples on your first order:
The amount you spend on samples will be applied as a discount to your first
order with us by request, max is $25 of samples, we do
not apply shipping to the discount. Just ask for a refund
for the invoice # that comes in your email.
Want else should I know about ordering samples?

Samples are engraved or imprinted items
from overruns,
they are not blank.

We do not typically custom
imprint nor engrave samples.
However after you order, we can do a virtual proof for you by request.

We do
not send out multiple
samples of the same item to prevent abuse of our
sample policy.
Can I order my samples online?
Why do you charge
for sample shipping?
The
internet has many people looking for free items without
the intent of a full purchase. This abuse would
make our products cost more to our good customers.
Furthermore, many products are much too expensive to be
able to offer as a free sample. Lastly, the cost
of shipping has risen dramatically.
